It took a few months for Jade Teahouse to really take off after mother-and-daughter tandem Lucy and April Eklund opened the doors in Sellwood in October 2008. But the comfortable, high-ceilinged eatery has been a hot spot ever since. Jade’s counter-service set up makes ordering snappy, with a surprisingly expansive regular menu supplemented by an intriguing array of daily specials.
